Marc David Spengler (b. 1995) is an artist and designer based in Stuttgart, Germany. He studied communication design at the State Academy of Fine Arts Stuttgart.
Alongside his independent artistic practice, he has worked with clients such as Hermès, Google, The New York Times, Warby Parker and The New Yorker. He has collaborated with studios including Oddfellows, The Furrow and Studio Vierkant. His work has been shown in national and international exhibitions.
Balancing analog and digital approaches, his process blends hand-drawn intuition with the precision of digital tools. Centered on abstraction and reduction, the work uses minimal, often geometric forms to convey meaning. Compositions evolve into rhythmic, modular arrangements that invite open interpretation, echoing instrumental music where narrative unfolds without explicit depiction. A continuous search for balance, rhythm and harmony lies at its core. His visual language translates fluidly from his sketchbooks into a wide range of projects.
He values collaboration as an essential part of the creative process, embracing the exchange of ideas and perspectives. Driven by curiosity and creative challenges, he seeks to create work that engages and resonates.
